MAIN CAMP - AMERICAIN PLAN here... How to get there... Our territory is located on the Lower North Shore of the gulf of St-Laurence, province of Quebec, Canada, and approximatly 125 miles east of Havre-St-Pierre. Our lodge is located on the Musquanousse river which is 35 miles east of Natashquan by road #138 or by plane on Air-Canada's regular flights. The transportation from Natashquan to Musquanousse river is done by seaplane and the fee is included in our package.   Accomodation and five stars service...   Our main camp includes a log cottage of a 75'x 24' feet, exclusively reserved for our clients. There, can be found a lounge, a dining room, 4 double occupancy  rooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, a kitchen and a cold room. The camp is totally equiped with electricity and propane gas and can accomodate up to 8 peoples. We also have a camp on the head lake which is 6 miles up-stream from the main camp. It has 3 bedrooms, a lounge/dining room, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, gas stove and refrigerator, electric lights and a wood stove.  Each 2 fishermans will be accompanied by an experienced guide. Our cook will prepare succulent meals for you and a cleaning attendant will take care of the linen service. Also, french and english are spoken fluently at the lodge. There is no alcoholic beverages available on site. However, you will be able to buy at reasonable prices lures, flies and monofilament as well as fishing licences, Finally, we will provide you witch the life belts. For those who would like to experience fly fishing, we can give them the basic knowledge during a few hours. Usually, it's enough to begin fly fishing with the assistance of a guide. We also offer sea excursions to observe whales, dolphins and different species of sea birds in their breeding area.   COMPLETE EQUIPEMENT Most of our boats are 19 ft freighter boats with 10 hp. motors. On the wide surfaces, we use 16 ft fiberglass boats witch 25 hp. outboards motors. At the main camp we have a satellite phone setup and walkie-talkie radios. FISHING The fishing season begins arond june 10 th to september 15 th. Here, you will find and exceptional diversity of fish: speckled trout (brook trout), ouananiche (landlocked salmon), artic char, sea trout and atlantic salmon. Salmon and sea trout are mostly catched in july and all through the season for the other species. On the lakes, you have the choice of fly rod fishing or spincast. Only fly fishing is allowed on the river.
